Environ Chem. 5, 299-306 (2008), was awarded a scientific prize of the second degree, by Rector of the Medical University of Gdansk.
Peter’s project titled “Prediction of toxicity (LD50) of selected benzene Derivatives and Aromatic Pollutants. A QSAR study (P. Urbaszek, B. Rasulev, T. Puzyn, J. Leszczynski)” was Awarded a honorable mention in recognition of an outstanding oral presentation and activity During the 2010 Interdisciplinary Centre for Nanotoxicity Summer Institute.
Agnieszka Gajewicz (MSc) and Dr. Tomasz Puzyn received awards for best poster and best lecture presented at the 14th International Workshop on Quantitative Structure-Activity Relationships (QSARs) in Environmental and Health Science QSAR 2010.
The series of QSAR conferences are organized every two years and are the most important forum for exchanging experiences between professionals from around the world in the field of quantitative methods for modeling of chemical structure – activity (QSAR) and chemical structure – properties (QSPR) relations. This year’s meeting was held from 24th to 28th of May in Montreal.
CONGRATULATIONS!!!
